for scheduling in wimax .. u can use ns-2 or opnet .. i am using ns-2 . if u have any problem for installing ns-2 in linux , then i will help u ..

I am using qualnet and I was trying to use the schedulers implemented there...my problem would be to have some conclusions :) something more interesting.. I have difficuties with doing another scheduler on my own

hi ... Irina thaxs for information sharing .. i am using opnet 14.0 for for improving qos in mdrr scheduling algorithm in mobile wimax . . qulanet may be have wdd strict priority but in opnet mdrr has the combination of drr scheduling and priority queue . we may use the higher priority and lower priority for assigning priority.

hi friends

i wanna simulate a scenario with mdrr scheduling in wimax, i use opnet 14.5.

if mdrr is default scheduler for mac layer in opnet? if other schedulers like WFQ has been implemented for wimax .
